If sleep could be bottled, it would be the most expensive, high end serum on the market. It’s a vital necessity. When you aren’t sleeping, your brain cannot function properly. Parenting requires massive amounts of mental and physical energy, and trying to do that while sleep deprived isn't just hard, it feels impossible. (I’ve been in those trenches).

How I Roll

Discovery chat. This is a super chilled, totally free 15 minute chat over either zoom or a phone call for you to tell me more about your situation, and for you to get to know me too. If we decide we are a dream team and we’d like to work together, we will move onto the next stage.

Sleep Diary. I will ask you to log at least three days worth of your little one’s routine. This is so I can get some serious insight. I need to see the good, the bad, and the seriously messy to figure out the root of those sleep struggles.

The Plan. Once I’ve got your sleep logs in hand, I’ll do a detailed analysis of your current routine and build you an exclusive, custom sleep plan. We’ll cover exactly what’s changing, the step by step on how we’re doing it, and a guide for exactly what to do if things hit a wall. We’ll book in a 60 minute game plan call to walk through your new routine. It’s the perfect time to ask me anything and for me to make sure you’re all good with our plan. By the time we hang up, you’ll have the plan, and the peace of mind you’ve been craving.

Glowing Up. This is when you start putting our plan to action. But you won’t be alone, you might just need a little hype up, or a little tweak to the plan as we go along. That’s why I will give you 1:1 support over WhatsApp/Text for three weeks. You can send me your questions, we can happy dance to you wins, and I can rescue you with your “SEND HELP!” moments.
